The Environmental Services Work Leader leads a team of housekeepers in providing day-to-day environmental services, including general cleaning and laundry work, under the direction of the Maintenance & Plant Operations Manager. They ensure a safe, clean and structured environment for clients and employees, while adhering to cost estimates and timelines for efficiency of projects and department overall. Additionally, they oversee compliance with department protocols, policies, guidelines, and facility standards, and perform the work of employees and other duties as required.
The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist (PSRS) is responsible for providing rehabilitation services, crisis intervention, and monitoring and communicating with clients diagnosed with severe psychiatric symptoms. This includes assisting with daily operations, conducting activities, providing clinical support, education, and vocational rehabilitation to help individuals develop skills and access resources needed to increase their capacity to be successful in their chosen environment. The PSRS works directly with clients, families, stakeholders, and the healthcare team to address concerns and ensure compliance with department protocols, policies, guidelines, and facility standards.
The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Services Supervisor and will be responsible for performing daily maintenance and operations tasks, including repairing and maintaining electronic, mechanical and electrical systems in all facility equipment and buildings, as well as upkeep of the building and grounds. The role may also involve inventory management, supplier negotiations, and interaction with customers, manufacturers, and internal department personnel. The ideal candidate will possess a range of competencies in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry, concrete, carpentry, grounds maintenance, and gardening. The work is of a general nature and does not require a licensed skill level of an electrician or plumber.

As a Client Care Assistant, you will be responsible forproviding daily care and support to mentally ill individuals under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and Registered Nurses. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor, and report any changes in client behavior or medical condition and help with documentation and communication with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible fortasks such as scheduling appointments, screening calls, and preparing reports to ensure that the facility operates smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant may be responsible for managing correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with HR functions, among other duties as assigned by the Facility Administrator and Department Heads.
The Regional Counselor is responsible for providing daily services and direct care to clients residing in the facility, working closely with clients in a team-based environment. They ensure that treatment plans and program structure are implemented by team members on the units, from admission to discharge. The Rehabilitation Counselor possesses strong crisis de-escalation skills, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in all competencies required of the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist positions, with a particular emphasis on crisis intervention and providing guidance for staff in their interactions with challenging clients. They work closely with clinical staff, Program Director, and other departments to ensure the overall well-being and care of the clients.
