As a Registered Nurse (RN), your primary responsibility is to provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s) to provide patient education and activities in accordance with your competencies and education. This role requires excellent communication and critical thinking skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes. 

As a Recovery Plan Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, facilitating, and monitoring the provision of all treatment and rehabilitative services for patients in assigned patient living areas. Your primary goal is to help patients acquire and use the skills and supports necessary to achieve maximum independence, success, and satisfaction in their preferred environment. This includes initiating and maintaining Recovery Plans in accordance with all facility policies, protocols, and guidelines. 

The Maintenance Technician performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical servicing.

The Custody Officer is responsible formaintaining a safe and secure environment within the facility by monitoring and controlling access to restricted areas. They also monitor the behavior of patients and visitors and respond to any security incidents that may arise. In addition, the Custody Officer may be responsible for conducting searches, escorting patients, and performing other security-related duties as assigned. 

As a Psychology Resident, you will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing individual and group psychotherapy, and participating as an active member of the treatment team. In addition to this, you may be assigned to develop, monitor, and implement behavioral management plans, as well as provide staff education on psychological issues when necessary. Your role also includes evaluating competency, malingering, and risk assessments. 

The Pharmacist performs a range of pharmaceutical and consulting duties, such as dispensing drugs, establishing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with them. They also participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of pharmacy operations and programs, and oversee the work of part-time pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Overall, their role involves managing and optimizing the pharmacy's operations and ensuring the safe and effective use of drugs.
