The Mental Health Clinician independently assesses individuals from a clinical and psychosocial perspective; provides group and individual therapeutic interventions and psychoeducation; makes professional judgments of clinical and psychosocial needs; and provides crisis assessment and intervention. This position is responsible for timely documentation of services that comply with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements. The Mental Health Clinician is a member of the multidisciplinary team and may be responsible for treatment planning and discharge planning.
In this role, as a Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough psychological evaluations and testing to assess and address individuals' mental health needs. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in staff education, providing necessary insights on psychological issues to enhance overall understanding and support within the team. Your responsibilities will extend to the development, monitoring, and implementation of behavioral management plans, along with assigned duties for quality assurance monitoring, ensuring a comprehensive and effective approach to mental health care.
The Social Worker Licensed Certified, reporting to the Manager of Rehab Program, will oversee social work activities including screening, diagnostic evaluations, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as brief therapy and crisis intervention for patients. This position ensures compliance with licensure standards, as well as state and federal regulations, while providing high-quality care to patients in need.
