The Mental Health Clinician independently assesses individuals from a clinical and psychosocial perspective; provides group and individual therapeutic interventions and psychoeducation; makes professional judgments of clinical and psychosocial needs; and provides crisis assessment and intervention. This position is responsible for timely documentation of services that comply with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements. The Mental Health Clinician is a member of the multidisciplinary team and may be responsible for treatment planning and discharge planning.
The Post Doctoral Psychology Resident completes psychological assessments (which may include competency evaluations, malingering assessments, and risk assessments), provides individual and group treatment, and is an active member of the treatment team who provides employee education as needed on psychological issues. May also be assigned responsibilities for developing, monitoring and implementing treatment plans and behavioral management plans.
The Peer Support Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering a therapeutic atmosphere for patients by engaging with them and staff alike.
