They provide group and individual therapeutic interventions and psychoeducation, make professional judgments of clinical and psychosocial needs, and offer crisis assessment and intervention. This position is crucial for timely documentation of services that comply with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Mental Health Clinician collaborates with a multidisciplinary team and may lead treatment planning and discharge planning.

This includes assisting with daily operations, conducting activities, providing clinical support, education, and vocational rehabilitation to help individuals develop skills and access resources needed to increase their capacity to be successful in their chosen environment. The PSRS works directly with clients, families, stakeholders, and the healthcare team to address concerns and ensure compliance with department protocols, policies, guidelines, and facility standards.
