How you make a difference

Step into a pivotal role as the Assistant Administrator, where you’ll play a key part in managing the facility's day-to-day operations. Working closely with leadership, you’ll ensure smooth administration by leading teams, collaborating with staff, and taking charge of critical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations and Oversight: Direct daily operations and activities related to the care and treatment of individuals served, while supervising assigned employees and associated departments within the facility.

  • Staff Management and Training: Ensure adequate hiring, training, and supervision of personnel, promoting compliance with company and facility rules and regulations.

  • Program and Policy Development: Assist in developing or expanding programs for the health and welfare of individuals served and create policies and procedures to guide facility activities effectively.

  • Financial Management: Assist in preparing and managing the facility budget, analyzing expenditures, authorizing purchases, and coordinating cost-effectiveness projects and financial data analysis.

  • Facility Improvements and Representation: Assist in negotiating facility improvements, tools, and equipment upgrades, and represent the facility and organization internally and externally as directed.



Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Required: For roles located outside the State of Florida, a bachelor's degree is required.
  • Required: For Florida-based roles, client requirements mandate a master's degree in any mental health or administrative discipline with 5 years’ management experience or a bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ management experience.

 

Experience:

  • Required: Five (5) years' management experience with two (2) of the five (5) years’ management experience in a healthcare or mental health treatment facility.
