Step into a pivotal role as the Assistant Administrator, where you’ll play a key part in managing the facility's day-to-day operations. Working closely with leadership, you’ll ensure smooth administration by leading teams, collaborating with staff, and taking charge of critical responsibilities.

Daily Operations and Oversight: Direct daily operations and activities related to the care and treatment of individuals served, while supervising assigned employees and associated departments within the facility.
Staff Management and Training: Ensure adequate hiring, training, and supervision of personnel, promoting compliance with company and facility rules and regulations.
Program and Policy Development: Assist in developing or expanding programs for the health and welfare of individuals served and create policies and procedures to guide facility activities effectively.
Financial Management: Assist in preparing and managing the facility budget, analyzing expenditures, authorizing purchases, and coordinating cost-effectiveness projects and financial data analysis.
Facility Improvements and Representation: Assist in negotiating facility improvements, tools, and equipment upgrades, and represent the facility and organization internally and externally as directed.
