Lead the Way to Recovery as a Substance Use Disorder Coordinator!
As the Substance Use Disorder Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of transforming lives. You’ll lead a team of dedicated counselors and guide individuals with substance use disorders through their recovery using evidence-based, proven approaches.
Your expertise and leadership will create an environment where individuals feel empowered to break free from their challenges and take control of their future. Program Development and Evaluation
Develops and evaluates the substance use disorder assessment and treatment program, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
Screening and Assessment
Administers screening and assessment tools to evaluate substance use disorders.
Counseling Services
Provides substance use disorder group and individual counseling services to individuals served.
Documentation and Compliance
Completes and maintains thorough, accurate, and timely documentation in compliance with relevant standards.
Continuity of Care
Plans for continuity of care to ensure smooth transition and support when individuals are released from the facility.
