Lead the Way to Recovery as a Substance Use Disorder Coordinator!

As the Substance Use Disorder Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of transforming lives. You’ll lead a team of dedicated counselors and guide individuals with substance use disorders through their recovery using evidence-based, proven approaches.

Your expertise and leadership will create an environment where individuals feel empowered to break free from their challenges and take control of their future. • Program Development and Evaluation
  Develops and evaluates the substance use disorder assessment and treatment program, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.

• Screening and Assessment
  Administers screening and assessment tools to evaluate substance use disorders.

• Counseling Services
  Provides substance use disorder group and individual counseling services to individuals served.

• Documentation and Compliance
  Completes and maintains thorough, accurate, and timely documentation in compliance with relevant standards.

• Continuity of Care
  Plans for continuity of care to ensure smooth transition and support when individuals are released from the facility.

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant human services field.

Experience:

• Required: Experience providing related counseling.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Required: Licensure or certification as required by employing state.
