How you make a difference

Lead and Inspire as the Assistant Director of Clinical Services!

 

As the Assistant Director of Clinical Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the program by actively supervising clinical and support staff. From hiring and training new team members to providing ongoing guidance, your leadership will foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

 

You’ll also oversee the quality of services delivered, implementing effective quality assurance practices to ensure the highest standards of care. If you’re passionate about driving excellence, mentoring teams, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of those served, this is the role for you!



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Clinical and Administrative Supervision
    Provides clinical and administrative supervision to clinical team leaders and other staff as necessary.

  • Assist in Program Development and Department Management
    Assists the Director of Clinical Services and other staff in program development, department management, and administrative duties.

  • Develop and Provide Staff Training
    Develops and provides training for staff to ensure continuous professional development.

  • Provide Backup for Administrative Functions
    Provides backup for administrative functions when the Director of Clinical Services is off-site and assists other clinical staff as needed.

  • Oversee Clinical Staff
    Supports clinical staff and ensures proper functioning of clinical services, maintaining standards of care and service delivery.



Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Required: Masters or Doctoral Degree in social work, mental health counseling, or psychology as required by contract.

Experience:

  • Required: Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and clinical observational skills.
  • Preferred: Two (2) years of experience with the population served.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Required: Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice.
