Shape Safety and Security Excellence as the Security and Safety Director!
As the Security and Safety Director, you will lead the charge in managing and overseeing all safety and security operations within the facility. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a safe environment for employees, individuals served, and the surrounding community. By driving continuous improvements and efficiencies, you'll balance innovation with uncompromised safety standards, meeting both company and client needs while securing a trusted and secure environment for all.
Safety/Security Department Management
Plans, coordinates, and manages the safety/security department and team members to ensure a safe and secure facility.
Strategic Planning and Resource Management
Participates in strategic planning and budget development with upper management, setting priorities, making decisions, and allocating resources efficiently.
Incident and Investigation Coordination
Coordinates with departments and local authorities on security-related incidents, such as elopements, escapes, disturbances, and thefts.
Policy and Emergency Plan Oversight
Reviews, revises, and implements safety/security policies and emergency operations plans, advising incident commanders and supervising emergency responses.
Compliance and Staff Management
Ensures continuous compliance with corporate, client, and accrediting agency standards while managing staff performance, training, and scheduling to meet critical needs.
