How you make a difference

Training and LMS Administrator – Powering Learning, Compliance, and Growth

 

As a Training and LMS Administrator, you'll be at the center of driving employee development and  excellence across the organization. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training programs are effectively delivered, accurately tracked, and aligned with organizational goals.

 

You’ll collaborate with departments to support engaging, compliant learning experiences that foster professional growth and support a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as LMS Administrator (HealthStream) – Manage system setup, course configuration, user support, reporting, and integrations with HR/compliance systems.
  • Promote a Learning Culture – Build cross-departmental relationships to foster professional growth, staff retention, and organizational learning initiatives.
  • Maintain Compliance with Training Requirements – Ensure all training meets state, federal, and accrediting body standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CARF, CMS).
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs – Design, coordinate, and facilitate engaging in-person and online training aligned with organizational goals and new business initiatives.
  • Support Surveys and Audits – Prepare documentation and respond to training-related inquiries to ensure successful audit and accreditation outcomes.



Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, healthcare administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • Required: Three (3) years of experience coordinating employee training programs and LMS administration.
  • Required: Familiarity with healthcare or behavioral health training environments and regulatory requirements.
  • Required: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and staff at all levels.
  • Preferred: Strong technical aptitude and experience with LMS platforms and reporting tools.
  • Preferred: Experience with Relias, HealthStream, or other healthcare-specific LMS platforms.
  • Preferred: Experience working with diverse learners across roles and education levels.
