How you make a difference

Financial Systems Administrator – Powering Smart Finance Through Seamless Systems

 

As the Financial Systems Administrator, you’ll play a key role in driving the accuracy, security, and efficiency of our financial operations. From General Ledger and Accounts Payable to FP&A and reporting, you’ll ensure our financial systems run smoothly—supporting timely decision-making and organizational growth.

 

Acting as a strategic bridge between Finance, IT, and external vendors, you’ll lead system enhancements, ensure strong data governance, and empower end users with tools that streamline workflows and improve performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

  • Translates business needs into clear, actionable requirements for project teams.

  • Conducts gap analysis to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

  • Develops and documents business workflows, process maps, and use cases to support project implementations.

  • Works closely with project managers and IT teams to track progress, manage risks, and support successful implementations.



Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related field.

Experience:

  • Required: 5+ years administering or supporting enterprise financial systems such as ERP, FP&A, and reporting tools.
  • Required: Strong understanding of financial processes including GL, AP, fixed assets, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Required: Experience with FP&A platforms such as Prophix, Planful, Adaptive Insights, or similar tools.
  • Required: Proven experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Office).
  • Required: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar cloud-based ERP systems.
  • Required: Demonstrated success in cross-functional roles working closely with Finance, IT, and external vendors.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of data security, financial compliance, and internal control standards (SOX, HIPAA).
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and report development.
  • Preferred: Experience with Cosmos reporting tools for Business Central.
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or related regulated industries.
