Lead with Impact as a Therapeutic Safety Technician (TST) Shift Supervisor!

As a TST Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping a safe and secure environment for both staff and individuals served. With your leadership, you’ll plan, assign, and oversee safety and security activities, all while ensuring your team is trained and prepared to meet the highest standards. Your coordination will be crucial in creating a smooth, efficient, and secure environment throughout the facility. • Ensuring Compliance
  Ensures all safety and security operations comply with company policies, state rules/regulations, and applicable laws.

• Supervising TST Performance
  Supervises and monitors the performance of all assigned TSTs, including overseeing employee attendance, work schedules, performance evaluations, and emergency response activities.

• Engagement with Individuals Served
  Actively engages with individuals served, monitoring their well-being and ensuring a safe environment.

• Contributing to Therapeutic Reviews
  Attends and provides input to therapeutic reviews, contributing to the development of goals and objectives for individuals served.

• De-escalation and Redirection
  Observes and provides de-escalation and redirection for individuals served, ensuring their safety and well-being in critical situations.

Education:

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Required: Three (3) years of experience working in a healthcare or mental health treatment facility setting.  
• Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Licenses:

• Required: Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
