Clinical and Administrative Supervision: Provide direction and support to a team of mental health professionals, ensuring effective performance and adherence to program goals.
Oversee Treatment Plan Development: Supervise the creation of individualized treatment plans, progress reviews, and behavior modification strategies for individuals served.
Conduct Therapy and Crisis Intervention: Lead individual and group therapy sessions, provide crisis intervention, and deliver other necessary clinical services.
Ensure Compliance with Policies and Regulations: Review clinical services and documentation to ensure adherence to program policies, legal standards, and accreditation requirements.
Manage Team Development: Participate in the recruitment, training, and management of assigned mental health professionals, fostering a productive and compliant team environment.
