As a Clinical Team Leader, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of care, guiding a diverse team of mental health clinicians to deliver top-tier services. Your expertise will ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and accreditation standards while fostering a culture of excellence and support. Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical and Administrative Supervision: Provide direction and support to a team of mental health professionals, ensuring effective performance and adherence to program goals.

  • Oversee Treatment Plan Development: Supervise the creation of individualized treatment plans, progress reviews, and behavior modification strategies for individuals served.

  • Conduct Therapy and Crisis Intervention: Lead individual and group therapy sessions, provide crisis intervention, and deliver other necessary clinical services.

  • Ensure Compliance with Policies and Regulations: Review clinical services and documentation to ensure adherence to program policies, legal standards, and accreditation requirements.

  • Manage Team Development: Participate in the recruitment, training, and management of assigned mental health professionals, fostering a productive and compliant team environment.



Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Required: Master’s degree in a mental health related field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology).

Experience:

  • Preferred: Two (2) years of experience.
  • Preferred: Supervisory experience in a mental health setting or clearly demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.

Licenses:

  • Required: Licensed or license-eligible in appropriate discipline. Supervisory credentials where required by law.
