  • Stakeholder Relationship Management
Builds and maintains effective working relationships with legal and mental health system stakeholders including state attorneys, public defenders, forensic coordinators, and community mental health agencies.

  • Treatment Team Communication and Advocacy
Represents patient needs in treatment and community meetings, advocates within internal and external systems, and ensures alignment with professional standards.

  • Admissions and Conditional Release Planning
Develops accurate and compliant admissions and conditional release plans in accordance with hospital and governmental regulations, and ensures timely updates of admissions lists.

  • Performance Improvement and Service Delivery
Participates in quality improvement initiatives related to forensic populations and actively contributes to enhancing hospital services.
