The Warehouse Coordinator plays a crucial role in keeping the facility running smoothly by managing inventory, ensuring stock levels are always up to par, and handling timely deliveries. This hands-on position requires attention to detail and organization, as you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all supplies are well-stocked and readily available. Your ability to manage inventory efficiently will directly contribute to the operational success of the facility, making you a vital part of the team!

• Material Handling: Convey materials and items from receiving areas to the warehouse or designated areas using hand trucks or moveable bins.

• Shipment Inspection: Open shipments, check materials for condition, and verify the accuracy of items received against purchase orders.

• Inventory Management: Update inventory for received orders and work to reconcile any discrepancies.

• Supply Organization: Sort and place supplies on warehouse racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined criteria (size, type, style, color, location ID, etc.).

• Timely Delivery: Deliver supplies accurately and promptly upon staff requests while maintaining par-level inventory for all items in the warehouse and storage areas.

Education:

• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Preferred: Two (2) years' experience in warehouse and/or stockroom.
