The Maintenance Supervisor leads and inspires a skilled team of maintenance professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of all building systems and facilities. From plumbing and HVAC to carpentry, electrical, and water systems, you’ll provide guidance and direction in a variety of hands-on tasks. Your leadership will keep the facility running efficiently, ensuring the safety, comfort, and functionality of the environment for everyone.
Coordinate Work Assignments and Inspections: Manage and assign work tasks, ensuring quality inspections and compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Monitor Facility Operations: Oversee facility operations using specialized systems and conduct regular rounds to ensure everything is functioning as required.
Prioritize and Address Maintenance Issues: Evaluate maintenance needs, estimate costs, and collaborate with other departments to address and resolve issues efficiently.
Manage Inventory and Tools: Oversee the safe transportation and inventory of maintenance tools and materials, ensuring proper accountability and availability.
Perform Administrative Duties: Handle personnel evaluations, training initiatives, and maintain accurate records of hazardous materials, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
