Corporate Staff Accountant – Supporting Financial Excellence

 

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance and accounting? As a Corporate Staff Accountant, you’ll play a vital role in monthly financial close, financial reporting, budgeting, and audits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every process.

 

In this dynamic role, you’ll assist in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team in maintaining strong financial controls. Your contributions will be essential in driving organizational transparency and fiscal success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Close & Reporting: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reports.
  • Audit & Compliance Support: Compile and provide documentation for external auditors and ensure adherence to internal controls.
  • Process Improvements & Special Projects: Support initiatives such as internal control implementation, process enhancements, and system optimizations.
  • Accounts Payable & Cash Management: Review and post accounts payable batches and assist with cash receipt coding and posting.
  • Site Support & Budgeting: Provide financial training, support for new site implementations, and assist with budget preparation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

Experience:

  • Required: One (1) year relevant general accounting experience.
