How you make a difference

As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a vital role within the leadership team, overseeing the delivery of quality care and clinically supervising mental health clinicians across different disciplines. Your responsibilities include clinical oversight of the clinical team to ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and accreditation standards for documentation and service delivery, thereby maintaining high standards of care and professionalism within the organization. With a focus on effective leadership and adherence to regulatory requirements, you'll contribute to the overall success and excellence of the clinical services provided.



Key Responsibilities

  • Offers clinical supervision to a team of mental health professionals while guiding them in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, behavior modification strategies, and behavioral health assessments.
  • Conducts individual and group supervision, training, crisis interventions, and other necessary services to support clients' mental health needs effectively.
  • Reviews clinical documentation to ensure compliance with program policies, legal standards, accreditation requirements, and adherence to professional standards.
  • Plays a key role professional growth and clinical development of the Clinical Team.



Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Master’s degree in a mental health related field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology) required.

Experience

  • Two (2) years of licensure as a Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC with the ability to supervise associates and interns required.
  • Two (2) years of experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

  • Licensed or license-eligible a Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
